The Project
The project consisted of the construction of a large underground carpark followed by a 6 storey Academic block and 9 storey Residential block with a 32 storey Student Tower, our team of surveyors set up the initial site control network to then set out and manage all construction operations. We also install the Plumb control network to control the verticality and orientation of the high-rise tower which the Core was formed by a Slipform method.
This was an extremely technical and fast running project which our surveyors managed all technical queries and ordering of materials to facilitate a smooth and problem free project, that finished 26 weeks in front of the construction programme
